District 1 Director: Larry Corbett, president, was first elected to the board in 1990. A rancher who lives near Dexter, Corbett is regional manager for Energy Devices, Inc. of Tyler, Texas. He also serves as a director of Brazos Electric Cooperative in Waco and the San Miguel G & T Electric Co-op as CCEC representative.
District 2 Director: Kenneth Alexander has been named to serve District 2 on the Cooke County Electric Cooperative Board of Directors. Alexander lives and ranches in the mountain springs area. He served Cooke County as commissioner for Precinct 2 for 16 years and retired from Foxworth-Galbraith contractor sales in 2011.
District 3 Director: David Flusche, vice president, joined the CCEC board in 1993. A Muenster native, he is president of Structures, Inc. and lives on a farm north of Muenster. Presently Flusche serves on the NCTC Board of Regents.
District 4 Director: Jesse G. Haralson, secretary-treasurer, was named to the CCEC board in 1985 and was elected secretary-treasurer in 1987. Involved in ranching and agribusiness, Haralson is a retired area manager for Estes Chemical Company of Wichita Falls. He lives near FM 3301 south of Nocona Hills.
District 5 Director: Ray Powell began serving on the board in 1983 and was elected vice-president in 1986. He served as president from November 1993 through April 2001. A retired manager of Swift and Company, Powell ranches three miles north of Bonita.
